2018 TALLAHASSEE PARADE OF HOMES
Tour Homes on Display throughout our Region. 2018 marks the 63rd annual Tallahassee Parade of Homes. The annual event is a favorite amongst locals as it allows residents to visit newly built homesites that showcase new local architecture, design, and building techniques. This year the Tallahassee Builder’s Association is presenting 26 regional homes that are located across Leon, Jefferson, and Wakulla counties. The homes featured range from $200,000 to nearly $1,000,0000.

Tallahassee’s Tiny House Project Is Big News
Tallahassee’s Proposed Tiny House Community –
The Tiny House Project is slated to be built on 30 acres adjacent the Wolf Creek Subdivision just west of Capital Circle Northwest and Highway 20. The small home’s within the community will be part of a green, sustainable, housing community that will address the city’s need for affordable housing. The first phase of the project will be completed early 2017 and will create two dozen homes with 130 units that range in size from 250 to 400 square feet.
