In the last thirty days, Tallahassee has seen a substantial increase in the number of contracts, resulting the in the highest amount of contracts since December. In the last thirty days, 225 homes have gone under contract and 329 home sales were finalized. Additionally, median home prices in the Tallahassee area jumped from $155,000 to $162,900 during this time.
