Inventory is still low in the 32309 area code of Northeast Tallahassee. As a result, sales figures are lower but home values are on the rise. This is great news for sellers. Those looking to put their Killearn Lakes, Killearn Estates, Killearn Acres, Bull Run, or Arbor Hill home will have to face less competition and list their home for a more favorable price.
