Current home buyers are extremely interested in Arbor Hills homes. From July 2015 to July 2016, the median home sales price for homes in Arbor Hills was $139,900, and more than 23 homes have sold within this timeframe (nearly double what sold the previous year).
To put this in perspective, home sale prices have been on the rise since 2014. In fact, the median home sale price in Arbor Hills has risen from its median of $128,450 in 2014 to its current total. That is a jump for the average listing of $11,450. It is a great time to sell in Arbor Hills!
