Southern-living comfort meets a custom-built farmhouse!

The farm acreage has been divided into pastures for goats and sheep. All pastures have water troughs. Property includes two wells. One of the wells takes care of the house, kennels, barn and surrounding pastures. The second well is a solar powered well and provides water trough and irrigation for the recently planted persimmon trees through a gravity powered system.

History of the farm:

Originally planted pines, the main focus of the farm for many years was raising sheep and goat for the USDA meat market. However in recent years, the focus has shifted to Agritourism.
