ABOUT THE 2018 PARADE OF HOMES

Tour Homes on Display throughout our Region. 2018 marks the 63rd annual Tallahassee Parade of Homes. The annual event is a favorite amongst locals as it allows residents to visit newly built homesites that showcase new local architecture, design, and building techniques. This year the Tallahassee Builder’s Association is presenting 26 regional homes that are located across Leon, Jefferson, and Wakulla counties. The homes featured range from $200,000 to nearly $1,000,0000.

HOW TO VOTE FOR A HOME IN THE TALLAHASSEE PARADE OF HOMES

Those participating in the tour are able to vote for their favorite home. Simply, locate the framed visual sign with the UNIQUE CODE assigned to the home and text the code to 81035.
