The All Saints Neighborhood in the Gaines Street Art District of Tallahassee may soon be home to another brewery . The vibrant area known for its great eats, cool finds, great brews, and artistic happenings has opened several breweries in the last few years with great success.

Dean Minardi, who opened Grasslands Brewing Company a year ago on Gaines, recently announced his plans to transform the iconic Coca-Cola bottling plant that has been sitting vacant since 2015 into a vodka and gin distillery. The distillery will feature a tasting room, a covered deck, an open terrace, and a complete replica of the historic Calvin Phillips clock tower. The entrepreneur hopes to have the renovation complete within 12 months and anticipates the vodka to be available 12 months after the renovation’s completion.
